A building under construction in Dar es Salaam. The oly persons that have some kind of workweare is the projekt leaders and company owner. It looks like this all over Tanzania. The worker under them use what they have for them self. To the right in the picture ypu can see two persons in blue coats and white trousers, these guys have even helmets. Probably project leaders.
